Do you log temperature on every run?
Yes. A data logger goes into the shipper at pickup and records until delivery. You don't have to ask for it, and it isn't an add-on.
Who signs between my door and the site?
You sign when you release the package, the Tela courier signs on pickup, and the receiver signs on delivery. Each signature has a time and a place.
What do I get back afterward?
The logger data and the signed custody record, sent to you and to the receiving site. Both are ready to drop into a QA file or study binder.
